Mr. Arun Gandhi
 Mr
Arunkumar Ramanlal Gandhi joined as an executive director, Tata Sons
Limited in August 2003. He is a member of the Group Corporate Centre
of the House of Tata. He is a fellow member of both; the Institute
of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales & the Institute
of Chartered Accountants of India . He is an associate member of the
Chartered Institute of Taxation, London.
Prior to joining Tata Sons Limited, Mr Gandhi was the senior partner
at M/s N M Raiji & Co, a firm having more than 60 years of professional
standing. He joined the firm as a partner in July 1969 and in 1993
he became the senior partner. During his tenure with the firm, he
handled variety of client engagements including advisory services
relating to mergers and acquisitions. He was also involved with the
tax advisory, for both national and international issues, structuring
efficient investment routes, designing employee stock option plans
and statutory, internal and management audits.
Mr. Gandhi is a director in several listed companies such as Tata
Infotech Limited, UltraTech Cemco Limited and The Paper Products Limited.
He is also on the panel of arbitrators of the Indian Merchants' Chamber
and on the Advisory Council of the Premchand Roychand Group of companies.
