Ricardo Layun (Ricardo), VP -
Customer Care Operations & Head - Travel SBU, USA
Before joining SerWizSol, Ricardo was VP- Customer Care
operations of TRX Inc., where he was responsible for overall
operational performance and quality of service provided by US and
International Call Center Operations located in Milton, FL,
Parkersburg, WV, and Berlin, Germany. Responsibilities also included
the Global Workforce Management Team, and the Worldwide Training
Department located in all the above centers as well as Atlanta, GA,
Leicester, UK, and Bangalore, India.
He started his career with American Express, Travel Related
Services. He also worked with BellSouth Mobility as
Director-Customer Service and Providian Financial Corp as Center
Director, Credit Services.
MBA coursework has been completed at Lynn University in
International Management; Ricardo is a licensed private pilot. He
also holds a Bachelors degree of science in business administrative
studies apart from an associate of Art degree in business
administration.
