Kuruvilla Markose (Diny), Senior VP
- Human Resources & Training
 Diny is a graduate in Agriculture and has an
MBA in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign
Trade (IIFT), New Delhi. He joined the TATA Administrative Service
(TAS) in 1995 and has served the TATA Group in various capacities
since then. In 1998, he moved to TATA Teleservices as the first
Customer Service employee of the company and took over as the Head
of Customer Service in 2000. When TATA Teleservices expanded across
the country, he became the Corporate Head – Customer Service for the
company.
Diny is also a Senior Assessor of
the TATA Business Excellence Model.
