S K Subramanian (SK), Chief Finance Officer & Head-

 S.K. Subramanian, is
a Science Graduate from St Stephen’s college and a Chartered
Accountant, with over 25 years experience, in Finance and General
Management. He has multi dimensional experience and has led teams
with success for many years.
He has been with the Tata
Group for over 13 years. Prior to assuming office at SerWizSol, he
was heading the Telecom business of the Tata Group as Chief
Operating Officer in the Indian states of UP and AP, apart from
being instrumental in setting up the projects in other states such
as Kerala and MP.
SK was a Business Head for about 7 years and
earlier a CFO in Tata Group for 6 years in Financial services &
Telecom business. His initial 12 years was in the Finance function
of the Pharma sector. He also has strong experience in Legal, HR and
IT matters.
While away from work,
SK likes to play chess, work out in a gym,
read books on a variety of topics or listen to
music.
